..so, the roof leaks, the plumbing is outdated, the wiring leaves a lot to be desired, but it's mine. Bought and paid for by me alone, by the sweat of my brow, and the promise that someday, it will be better!
First things first, tomorrow, we get a new furnace, then we'll start to work on the cosmetics. This year (actually 2009) I have promised myself to do a minimum of 6 projects to upgrade the house and secure my retirement. I am hoping that by posting this and publishing before and after photos, I will keep my promise, and be able to see the progress.
